Exercises/Workouts

Compound Exercises

Compound exercises works on multiple muscle groups at the same time. For example, a squat is a form of compound exercise that works on quadriceps, glutes, hamstring and calves. You can combine two exercises into one move to target more muscles (for example, a chest with a triceps).

Functional Training

Functional training provide you the strength, stability, and mobility you need to thrive in your life and sports. You use basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns—walking and running—every day. Functional training utilizes exercises that improve your movement proficiency in these primary patterns to give you an edge so you can achieve your goals safely and with good health.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT is a type of cardio workout, whether like running, using a stair climbing machine, rowing, or jumping rope. You’ll work up a sweat fast, working at a very intense level and then backing off for a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity. That strategy can save you time: You don't have to work out as long as you would if you were keeping a steady pace. You’ll lose weight, build muscle, and boost your metabolism.
